After a stress free journey up the M40 Tammy and me pulled into the venue car park.

We had a look through the windows of the hall and it was HUGE!!!! but I should not have worried because very soon after us the family arrived and informed us that we were in a much smaller room "phew!!!"

I had a quick chat with "The Star Of The Day" - Dominic and it was then that mum (Kerry) told us that it was the birthday boy himself who asked for us to do his party which was a really great thing to hear.

We got all the gear into the smaller room and set up our "Baby System" which was more than adequate for the size of the room and besides some of the children were quite young so we did not want or need to deafen them.

I always use session one of a party to feel what the vibe of the children is going to be like and although these were 5yrs and under they were certainly up for a fun time.

We had them dancing to some classic party dances and a couple of disco tunes so they could have a boogie and I must admit there were quite a few great little dancers.

I threw in a quick bit of balloon modelling which was great fun and it had the children chuckling.

We did a different ending than normal replacing the last two dances with The Conga which was expertly lead by Dominic and his mum and followed it with the Okey Cokey.

Excellent venue, Excellent audience, fantastic family and friends.
