Q - Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?

A - Yes, all equipment is clearly labelled with a sticker, and our testing is carried out by our highly competent certified PAT tester.

Q - Are you insured, CRB checked?

A - The Bumble ’B’ Roadshow has FULL PUBLIC LIABILITY and FULL ENHANCED DISCLOSURE (CRB checked)

Q - How long before the Event will you turn up?

A - This depends on a number of factors. Access to the venue i.e., is the venue upstairs and how near parking is to the venue. On average about 1 hour would be sufficient for the majority of shows. However if you are booking a large show, a set up time of approx 1.5 - 2 hours is suggested.

Q - Can I request any songs for my Event?

A - As long as the play list is made available to us at least 7 DAYS PRIOR to your event, so that we have time to source any songs that you would like played.

Q - Would you be willing to extend your performance time?

A - The answer would be Yes. Providing that the venue management has no objections. Requests for extending performance times must be made AT LEAST 1 x HOUR BEFORE THE CONTRACTED FINISH TIME, and will incur an extra Fee of £50 per half hour, Payable in cash at the time of extension request to The Bumble ‘B’ Roadshow.

Q - How long does it take you to clear the venue after the Event?

A - This will depend on which show you have booked. It is normal to allow the same time for the set up and pack down.

Q - How much space do you require?

A - This depends on the show you book, and also on the venue. This is discussed at the time of your enquiry.

Q - Do you use smoke machines etc?

A - We do have Smoke Machines & Bubble Machines available,

Q - Our chosen venue has a sound limiter fitted, will this be a problem?

A - Sometimes venues we are booked at have sound limiting devices installed. It is NOT our system that causes these limiters to trip it is the ENJOYMENT of the Children!!! and that is what parties are all about children having fun!!! therefore when the device trips it RUINS the party for everyone.

The Bumble ‘B’ Roadshow will not perform in such venues unless a direct power supply can be used or the aforementioned sound limiter is switched off.
